1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Vithan ("Platform", accessible at https://vithan.com), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not access or use our services.
2. Intellectual Property Rights & License
All study materials, test series, question banks, explanations, graphics, software, and proprietary educational tools available on Vithan are the exclusive intellectual property of Vithan and are protected by Indian Copyright Act and applicable international copyright treaties.
- You are granted a non-transferable, single-user, non-exclusive license to view and practice test materials for personal educational use.
- You may not reproduce, resell, redistribute, scrape, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any content from Vithan.
3. User Accounts & Security
When creating an account, you agree to provide authentic and accurate credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login and password. Account sharing or simultaneous multi-device credential swapping is strictly prohibited.
4. Payments & Billing
Prices for courses and digital test series are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR). Payments are charged one-time unless specified as recurring. All digital activations are instantaneous upon successful payment verification from the payment gateway.
5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
While we strive to maintain the highest quality and accuracy for all question sets and syllabus materials, Vithan makes no guarantee that using our materials guarantees admission, government recruitment, or specific examination ranks. In no event will Vithan be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform use.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
